If you are driving in the west side of Singapore and you want take a break, Where should you go? The answer is West Coast Park of course!
First and most importantly their Car park 2 and 3 have free parking, this is to ensure that you won't incur any extra charges as you are enjoying your well deserve break.(Source)
West Coast park is usually a relatively quiet place perfect for a short nap in your car with sun shade to block out any excess light, allowing you to rest up and prepare to drive again.

2. IKEA Tampines
If instead of being in the west, you are in the east side of Singapore. You can always head down to IKEA Tampines.
Ikea Tampines also has free parking during their opening hours of 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. (source)
You may ask but why IKEA? Well apart from being able to window shop through their place in comfort, they also have a restaurant that serves their famous meatballs. If you have never tried them before, we highly recommend to give it a try the next time you are nearby.

3. Aperia mall
Aperia mall only has free parking on 6.30 p.m. to 9.59 p.m. on weekdays and 6 a.m. to 8.59 a.m. on weekends and public holidays. (source)
The reason why we recommend this place is that it is a stone throw away from the CBD area, it's a shopping mall where you can relax and get a quick meal in. This is for drivers who just need a quick break before and after the peak hour rush.

4. Mount Faber Park
Just like the rest of the entries in this list Mount Faber park also comes with free parking! (source)
If you are in the south side of Singapore, Mount Faber park is a good spot to take a break. Since there is very little human traffic there, there will be little noise and disturbances thus a very suitable place to take a nap and recharge.
Once you are refreshed, you just have to head down south a bit and you will be at HabourFront where you can take more passengers!
